Invoice AI Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Invoice AI. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

License

InvoiceAi, LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Invoice AI on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's Standard EULA.

Subscriptions

Invoice AI offers an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the estimates, invoices, tax figures, and records you create with Invoice AI, and for keeping your own backups. Invoice AI is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Disclaimer

Invoice AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
